Perusia Hotel

If you’re looking for a place to stay while in Perugia,I’d keep looking if I were you. The hotel is located a bit away from the city center. It wouldn’t be so bad if the hallways and rooms were well kept and if it was completely renovated/updated. Although the lobby of the hotel looks nice, looks are deceiving. I have to say that the young lady that checked me in was welcoming and kind. The elevators are quite small. And as soon as I got off the elevator to the third floor, I immediately smelled something that resembled urine. All of the carpet is dirty - both in the hallways and in the rooms - not only does it need to be vacuumed, it needs to be replaced. My room is very small. The walls and baseboards are marred. The furniture is tired. Everything in the room is tired. Everything. A deep clean, remodel and update are needed badly. It was not my choice to stay here. And here I am. I’d choose differently. Let me say the experience is underwhelming all the way around.

terrible! I had visited this hotel in the past so I thought it would be the same but.. although they say that there is a swimming pool on the roof with bar it's not working for years(not even under construction see pics)The bad thing is that they mention it on Booking.com as working ... it's an almost abandoned building with many destructions and with pigeons on the roof which made noise as they had built their nest just above the window...(not to nention their poo....) because there was a broken big glasssign... (pic) the chair in the room had a broken leg which I noticed accidentally as soon as I was about to sit... for the breakfast there was a poor buffet with no access .you had to tell to the guy what you want .. how many slices of bread cheese etc.. the windows were very dirty probably for months.. some young people were in the building and at the reception desk. I have counted at least six... as receptionists... I thought it is a residential for students.. the bed was clean and the matress good the air condition kept on even if you turned it off making a lot of noise... all night.. (room 427)
